update : changed name, ability, stat, and added evolution
evolution :
evolves into first stage at level 22
moveset :
its moveset includes all grass/ fire/ water/normal moves that its material line learns

And here is the Kanto one...
this one is relatively easy to make since all Kanto starters are reptiles based.
I just had a bit on deciding whether to put fire on its tail or not.. I decide to make it controllable by this Fusemon.
