Being a competitive and proud Oshawott, BlueWalker feels left behind by its fellow starters who has evolved.

Unfortunately Blue is still rash and is just a cub who lacks in experience.
It may be brave, but it doesn't know or doesn't want to show his limit.

Blue's trainer Jade is an experienced trainer, but none of her Pokemon in the past is as troublesome as her new Oshawott...

a little remainder, Jade can't speak Pokemon language, but she is a good interpreter and can guess what the Pokemons are trying to communicate.
(Blue speaks gibberish a lot... or maybe it is alien language)
